PAYMENT & DEPOSIT PROCESS

To ensure construction progress, project quality, and the rights of both parties, HEY GARDEN applies a clear and transparent stage-based payment process aligned with current practices in the construction and landscaping industry for 2025–2026.

This process helps clients manage their finances proactively, while enabling the contractor to effectively prepare materials, manpower, and construction planning.

🔹 1. Initial Deposit (30% – 50% of Contract Value)

Immediately after both parties agree on the proposed plan and sign the official contract, the client proceeds with the initial deposit.

This amount is used for:

✔️ Preparing main materials (natural stone, plants, technical equipment, etc.)
✔️ Scheduling and assigning a dedicated construction team
✔️ Pre-fabricating certain components at the workshop (if applicable)
✔️ Initiating foundation construction works
✔️ Ensuring the project is prioritized and executed on schedule

👉 For large-scale projects or those requiring specialized or custom-ordered materials, the deposit rate may be higher to secure supply availability.

🔹 2. Progress Payment (30% – 40%)

The second payment is made when the project reaches a key construction milestone, typically including:

✔️ Completion of foundation and main structural work
✔️ Construction of ponds, waterfalls, or load-bearing systems
✔️ Installation of technical systems: pumps, filtration, electrical, water supply & drainage
✔️ Completion of the basic structural layout of the project

This payment helps maintain continuous construction progress, ensuring materials and manpower are always ready for the finishing stage.

🔹 3. Final Payment (Remaining Balance)

Upon project completion, HEY GARDEN conducts a final inspection together with the client.

The remaining balance is paid when:

✔️ The project is completed in accordance with the approved design and contract
✔️ Water systems, pumps, lighting, and technical components operate stably
✔️ The landscape meets aesthetic expectations
✔️ The client approves the final inspection and handover

👉 The project is only considered complete when the client is fully satisfied.

🔹 4. Additional Works (Out of Contract Scope)

During construction, if the client requests additional items or design changes:

  • HEY GARDEN will provide a separate quotation for the additional work
  • Execution will only proceed upon client approval
  • Payment for additional items will follow mutual agreement

👉 This ensures transparency and prevents unexpected or uncontrolled costs.

🔹 5. Payment Methods

Clients can choose from the following options:

💳 Bank transfer
💵 Cash payment (in accordance with regulations)
🧾 Full VAT invoice issuance available
